Felicia Zigman

I have more than 20+ years of partnering with fast-paced, uniquely-cultured organizations as a leader, coach, and HR & organizational development professional. Working extensively in advertising, entertainment, hospitality, technology, start-up aerospace, and telecom industries, creating programs and other interventions that are practical, strategic and culturally aligned.

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Behavior Change. Additionally I have several certifications in Positive Psychology (Happiness), Executive Coaching, Assessments, Health Behaviors and Adult Learning.

For fun, I love to learn, cook, entertain, and spend time with friends and family. I currently live in the mid-Wilshire area with my brilliant and adorable 7-year-old son, Noah, and my sweet (and slightly neurotic) pup, Jakey.

Karen Gifford

I am an executive coach and leadership development consultant with 25+ years’ experience as a human resources operating executive and most recently an independent practitioner. My approach is highly customized, authentic, compassionate, and results-oriented, positioning workplace and individual challenges as engagement opportunities for internal transformation and values alignment. I help leaders advance their personal and professional development using principles of positive psychology, mindfulness, EQ and high performance. I help companies develop the people, processes, and systems needed to accelerate performance.

I have been the top HR leader for Virgin Entertainment, Electronic Arts, Virgin Galactic, and Califia Farms. I have leveraged my human resources Operations and leadership coaching experience at companies spanning multiple industries including tech, film, videogames, music, space, aviation, consumer packaged goods, and mission-based organizations.

I am a vegan, environmentalist, animal lover, and a passionate yogi. I come from a place of deep listening, curiosity, and openness which shows up in my coaching. I live in Pasadena with my husband, tweenaged daughter, and rescue dog Roxy. My future farm is in progress in Sequim, Washington where one day I aspire to facilitate coaching and mindfulness retreats among the beauty of the Olympic Peninsula. Dreams do become reality and I’m here to support yours!
